It is a pilot: it uncovers the opportunities and challenges, so the benefits of eFTI can be scaled and harvested.
The pilot covers digital eCMR, ADR, eFTI, DIWASS and ESG reporting, plus automated notifications with real-time status for sender and recipient on a shared data foundation. The success criteria are at least 25% less manual work and at least 25% shorter waiting times in the scoped processes.
