One Network for the Port Call, from ETA to Departure

Ports coordinate agents, pilots, tugs, terminals, carriers and authorities across bespoke portals, email and point-to-point integrations. Peppol Logistics carries the same port call data as standardised messages on one secure network, and the Semantic API connects you to it.

The port call becomes a sequence of standardised messages: ETA and voyage progress, berth request and confirmation, pilotage and towage ordering, schedule changes and cancellation, and documentation and compliance. One connection replaces the N-to-N mesh of port-specific interfaces, shared ETA updates and confirmed berth windows cut non-productive waiting, and role-based access gives every party need-to-know distribution with event-level logging and a full audit trail.

National or port-specific data elements are handled as configuration-driven extensions with versioning and backward compatibility, not as code changes per counterparty. Ports without a port community system can run the full port call on the Semantic API, and ports that already have a PCS connect it to the network through the same API.
