No More Paperwork in the Cab

From 7 July 2027, authorities must be able to receive freight and transport information digitally. eFTI gives you one standardized foundation for consignment notes and goods documents, instead of paper, PDFs and portals.

In daily operations that means a paperless cab where the consignment note follows the trip digitally, better planning because status arrives in real time, fewer errors and clarifications because data is entered once and validated before sending, and one connection via Peppol to customers, ports, freight forwarders and authorities.

The pilot's scope covers digital consignment notes with digital receipt at pickup and delivery plus ADR documents, with DIWASS as a later extension. There are two ways in: integrate with your own TMS via the Semantic API, or use our TMS light with a mobile app for the driver.
